All property valuations are conducted by full Members of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and Registered Valuers. This ensures Professional and Ethical standards are to "Redbook” Standard, can be SCSI audited with formal terms of engagement, Professional Insurances, Independent Redress/Complaints Policy and conflict of interest checks.
We provide valuations for a variety of client types and requirements. Including Mortgage Valuation, Commercial / Investment, Capital Gains Tax, Fair Deal,, Probate and Legal Services. Our Professional Fees depend on the client type and purpose of the report. Most mortgage lenders have prescribed fees. Other types of valuation fees depend on the scope of works and client requirements. We believe our professional fees are competitive. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We are registered for valuation work for a number of Bank Panels. Depending on the lender and circumstances you can come to us directly. Our fees are at prescribed rates as defined by the Bank/Lender.
Where the subject is an investment property we can carry out a valuation on an investment basis prior to a rent review negotiation. The report will take into account the condition and include yield analysis for similar properties.
